The smallest in Shure's standard set is a littlebit big for my ears, I need to push the monitor pretty hard to get them in position. After a while ( like 1.5/2 hours ) my ears gonna hurt, so I wonder if there are smaller sleeves for the se215. I'm totally a noob with this, so I really hope you guys can help me out with this.

I am interested in this, too. I gave my SE535s to my fiancee, but the smallest tips are just a bit too large for her.  Anything else out there?
