Can you post some pics of your sensaphonics sleeves?  I have some custom sleeves that I had made, but I'm not super impressed with the finish of them....the nozzle doesn't fit tight in the sleeve, which means there is not a tight seal and the earbud tends to fall out of the sleeve...just wondering how sensaphonics does theirs.

IF, and only if, I can sustain Dry July (a tall order given I write a beer blog...!), I could very well drop the bomb on the AK240......

Trouble is, the Western Derby involving the Meth Coast Eagles (!) (West Coast, pardon me) and my team, the mighty Fremantle Dockers falks within that time frame...

Doable? Yes. However it shall be a titanic struggle, not dissimilar to Freo winning its first flag within its relatively short 20 year history...it shall be worth it, like any victory truly worth fighting for!

Yeah, you read that right!  We both definitely did not cheap out, since we paid over $200 for some snazzy sleeves!  I wound up paying way more than that in the end though.  I actually have a fit issue with the left side like you as well, but in a different way.  They look awesome!  I had the chance to see all of the crystal colors in person before choosing what I wanted, and the blue looked the best (and the most manly) to me.  I could have went with the smoke charcoal color, but I didn't want the Shure SE846 with the smoke charcoal color to blend into my ears too much.  Nice pictures you posted as well!  The upcoming review (once I can post pics) will definitely be talking about the off-clear (or opaque) and Crystal Blue colors as well...

Here's how mine are...then kinda kit in the outside part of the sleeve, instead of the sleeve covering over the nozzle like sensaphonics

Looks like some strange singular-celled amoeba suspended from the 8s end there....

No wonder they take a life all their very own. tongue.gif

Not sure what you mean there

They seem bigger somehow not that that has any bearing.. I can't speak to the finish from your pictures.

I do know that where my outer ear in concerned Sensaphonics is stepping up they have the equipment they have the personnel. Dr Brodsky still wants a look so he can add his comments on the affected area.

Plan ahead pays off again. am I happy about losing them for a week possibly more (Canada always adds a day) Am I glad Sensaphonics wants to do it in house cause then they know they will get it right. Absolutely I'd be happier if I were in Chicago and I could drive over.

BOOYA! Claudia you are CS excellence incarnate.

I have grown rather fond of my SCS and do not want to part with them during the summer listening season.

But I know they will be in good hands on the Mothership.

I am telling you they could have walked right off the set of Cronenberg's adaptation of Naked Lunch.

Pretty sure William S. Burroughs would have been a SHURE 8s man with a SCS chaser

So the silicon tips isolates better? Increases the bass? How about the treble?

This is my first rodeo with the custom and being something of a beta tester/lab rat.

I For the record I may not be the Brain. But I am definitely not Pinky either)(close but I got him  by 5 maybe 7 IQ points

My own Sensaphonics sleeves arrive next week - by Wed or Thu, i reckon, if Fedex has their compost together.   Claudia @ Sensaphonics rocks.

I'm actually curious myself, if that makes any sense.  Let's just say, so far, so good, but soon, it should change to so far, so great!  Regarding Pinky and the Brain, it's good that you have Pinky beat!  However, there is always a place in this world for both Pinky and the Brain, as well as everyone in between!
