So you tried to call them and what they did not answer? I have called Shure service many times and they pick up in a ring or two. Also, the dealers usually handle problems directly within the first 30 days.

Well thats what I'm talking about, aprodj.com is the problem here, what dealer pushes a customer to the manufacturer, non I have dealt with in the first 30. No questions asked return policy. Thats what seems weird, and ya always phone and speak to someone. Ok I'm done with this issue. Mine are fine by the way. Bought in nov 13.

Yup, no response via phone (2 voicemails left) or e-mail (2 emails sent)

You sent your email to: service@shure.com?
You should receive an automated response with an hour or so. Then a reply within a business day. So you never even received an automated response?

Yes, that's the e-mail address I sent it too, like I said I received an auto response saying someone would get back to me in 24 hours, but I still haven't heard back from them.

Are you sure they are an authorized retailer? Sometimes companies have a policy of not supporting stuff sold by unauthorized retailers. Sorry to hear about yoru trouble that sucks with a $1,000 headphone and that dealer AGI is not one I'm going to want to ever deal with.

I can understand your frustration and your desire to have Shure pay for return shipping but as you live in the US shipping overnight with USPS with $1000 insurance would be $24 or regular mail $8 with shipping.

Yeah Shure also has an email system which they reply to very quickly (for me any way). who knows maybe they're calling AGI and asking them to take it back.

If that's the case, then how about letting me know and keeping me in the loop. At this point I feel like both companies are trying to rip me off and I'm out the cost of the headphones.
