E5 will barely make the HD 800 move. Try posting your question in the Headphone Amps and Portable Headphone Amps sections. You have to specify if you're looking for a Desktop or Portable setup.

I was joking because of how vague the OP was. He didn't give a price range or if he wanted a tube or Solid State amp. Or if its home use or portable.

This is a thread filled with HD800 advice, including dacs and amps, there's a lot of reading on this and other threads, but if you buy something as expensive (and demanding) as the 800, I expect you want to be careful before your purchase. http://www.head-fi.org/t/650510/the-new-hd800-appreciation-thread/4260
