have to work in african and asian countries and have to relocate every 3 years. grid quality is pretty bad and unreliable so i need a fully battery powered audio / speaker setup (heil aulos bookshelf + RWA sig 30.2) that is small, light and still really good. i have cans but dont want to live without a great speaker setup.
 
need a good fullybodied 3D PRAT source that allows FLAC playback from a SSD or USB Stick and great webradio playback. i only have 16/44 flac redbook so i dont care for hi res.
 
thought about a SBT + EDO + USB SPDIF converter like a ART legato or AP2 + a chord quteHD
 
 
would you recommend other alternatives up to 4k? even more simple one box solutions or via a android tablet? alternatives to streamers and DAC that can be powered by battery and have a low power consumption?
 
alternatives to speaker and amp choice highly welcome!

can i use those mobile battery chargers from amazon that put out 5V 12V 19V or should i use something else (is the voltage conversion messing up the cleanness of the battery? - any batteryalternatives with automatic charging?)
 
use redbook and webradio only: AP2 or ART Legato or Audio-GD DI-V3 or ... ? should i use pure power even if i power a SBT from battery?
 
the chord qute hd seems to be pretty good on 16/44 playback (internal upsampling? can i use it with art legato?)
any batt powered alternatives with great focus on presence, body, timbre, palpability, and imaging?
 
what kind of storage would you recommend (128GB upwards)? a Wifi SSD drive? multiple SD Cards (32GB)? would a wifi drive work with the SBT?
 
internet source would be a android tablet (sony xperia tablet Z) with 3G as a WLAN / WIFI hotspot.
 
SBT+EDO is said to be the best possible transport - software possibilities aside - why are people dealing with mac minis and CAPS music servers then? any comparisions to the PC based setups?
 
what cable would you recommend ? furutech formula 2? SPDIF and IC ?
