Hey everyone! Right now im in the country so i dont have my collection of headphones with me and, my Sony's broke awhile ago so i need a new pair of headphones.

Any suggestions will do great! But i would want the sound as near as my Sony MDR-1R's and portable.

My budget is $100 and i'd be happy to add more but i cant cause i need cash to go back home.

Thanks in advance! k701smile.gif

Asking for a $100 can to sound like a $200 can is not very realistic--unless the $200 can is not very good.

I'd start your search by looking at the CAL!  The Sony MDR 7506 is also good, but has a long cable.

It isnt too hard to find a Sennheiser HD555 for around $100. I'd recommend those for really clear sound and decent sound stage, or the ATH-M50s for a bassier sound. (both used)

Takstar HD 6000 closed headphone ($99).

I'm still trying to read up on reviews on these headphones.
