I know what you are talking about and I can virtually guarantee you that they are complete garbage.

Even Yamaha designers had a more original brainchild. biggrin.gif

Sounds like the Hammo will be active noise cancelling, which means farting around with batteries and hissing in between songs, etc. We'll see how they manage it

Hopefully it won't happen to this Hammo! The UE6000 does not have much of that issue anyway

Forgot to say that the Zoro HDs sound a lot like a sharper, more refined and clearer Sennheiser HD 438. It has just as wide of a soundstage and sounds even wider coupled with a Fiio E11 amp. Soud quality is just a tad below the Sennheiser Momentum

Thanks for the heads up! Sennheiser Momentum is about $350 and the Zoro HD is about $100~ it would be amazing if it really come close to it!

By reading your review, it seems like the Zoro HD are brighter than the rolled off highs of Sennheisers! Glad Zoro didn't lose the highs xD

I would not say that the Zoros are a bright Headphone, but a tad brighter than most Sennheisers. But they are never shrill. Definitely not like a Grado.

If I had to pick my poison, I prefer the highs to be a tad rolled off than full on bright, But that's just me.

I was at a pool party a couple of days ago, and I passed around Zoros for people to listen to. I chose some classic songs off of a Frank Sinatra remastered compilation at 256 bit, Plus Michael Jackson's Billie Jean at 320 on Spotify. Everyone was blown away by how clear everything sounded.

And I think they sound better yet with a Fioo E 11

Thanks! Did anyone bite on the Hammo's? I would like to know how they sound. I was so tempted but I already have the UE6000 and could not justify another headphone purchase.
