Now that I've had time to listen with my new cables even more, I can fully put into words my satisfaction. Being disabled, I have a ton of time on my hands. This time is usually spent in front of the computer, and it is almost spent with some sort of IEM, headphone, or earphone blasting into my ear canals. Well, when I found Double Helix cables I almost wet myself. I thought, could it be? A place that was willing to build me a custom cable for my ‘phones that would make them sound better and, to boot, used the best material out there? I figured there had to be a catch. I’m happy to say, there isn’t. Peter at Double Helix not only made me my Westone 4R cable, but he put up with my constant annoyance via email, was able to provide me with my package before I went in for surgery, and even made an allowance to send me an Apple Lightning to USB cable I desperately needed for an external DAC I didn’t know I was going to purchase. You can’t go wrong with Double Helix if you are an audiophile, someone who likes music, or someone who breathes oxygen. It’s worth twice the price and wait, so check them out!
