Yes very, actually one of the first IEM's I really enjoy on pretty low volumes. It's probably due to their full sound and strong mids that they doesn't need a lot of volume to feel rich and textured,
Does the SE215 and the SE535ltd have identical cabel connectors? If so could try the SE215 cable on the VSD3S.
Yeah, they use mmcx connector. I'm not 100% sure about the vsd3 coz I remember Vsonic's CEO commenting on the connectors last year and mentioned they've been working on the mmcx connector but it's possible that they might have changed it slightly
They don't. I agree with the fact that these are prolly the most insufficient IEM on the market but if your source device can power them to sufficient volume levels, you don't need an amplifier.
Anyways on topic, can anyone say something about the claims vsonic made regarding the audio signature ? Do they sound like the westone/shure Iems ?
Damn! Damn!! Damn!!! Damn!!!! Damn!!!!! DAMN!!!!!!
Collected my VSD3S today from the post office. The wire on the right side is loose or something, sound keeps cutting off every now and then, when I move my head, etc.
Shawn, do you know how much it'll cost me to send it back from India to Singapore?
speed post will cost u about 800-900 rs.
and u don't want to send these back on normal post as there is a danger it may get lost.
as u have already bought these for rs 2800 approx its a hefty amount to pay.
i just hope hifinage.com(indian dealer) gets hold of these, atleast warranty woes will be over
