Looking for first pair of good IEMs (Budget)

I’m in the market for a pair of IEMs to replace my stock Apple earbuds (finally). They need to be under $30 and deliver a tight, punchy bass while not drowning out everything else.I like fairly balanced with attention on bass. I listen to many genres excluding country and heavy metal. Here are my most listened in no particular order:  Beyonce and Adele, Classical, Acoustic, Queen, some mainstream rap and dubstep, My Chemical Romance, Etta James, etc. Comfort is a priority (I have small ears) as I will be wearing these for hours at a time. Also high on my list is sound isolation as I will be using these to drum along to tracks on my iPod. Strain relief is a HUGE plus as well as I put my iPod in my jean pocket while walking.  Here are a few I’m looking at:

 JVC Fx40

 Soundmagic E10

 VSonic GR02

Sony MDR-EX210B

I’m open to any further suggestions as well. If any of you headfi-ers have personal experience with these IEMs or just something to say, any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: I think I've narrowed this down to the gr02 and the vc02. Is the vc02 worth the extra few dollars and does it still offer a good amount of  bass? I'm not a basshead by any means but I like to be able to tell it's there. They both seem to have excellent build quality (with the vc02's having the advantage of a detachable cable) and isolation. This pretty much comes down to the amount of bass. Is the bass in the gr02 too much for someone who just wants a little emphasis?

The E10's are pretty good and the only other budget iem's that I've heard are the CX300 II which are only just above your price range at $37 on Amazon. If it was me, I'd go for one of these two. At a push, I'd say the E10's, but it would be close.

Thanks for your input! I'm leaning towards the e10, but I found a used pair of Balanced edition gr02s for $30. Does anyone have any input on those or any of my other options? I read that the FX40 requires a tremendous amount of burn in which I'm willing to do if it's worth it.

I've done more research and updated my list. It comes down to the gr02 and the vc02. Any owners of these iems have some input?
