Advice on how to handle a head-fi member who has stolen money from users?

Hi, I'm fairly new to head-fi and during my first market place sale, I lost $350 to a member who claims he never received the item (despite the fact that I have a letter from the post office stating that the item was indeed delivered (see letter here: http://goo.gl/8qlLk)).   I realize I should not have shipped the item without receiving payment first, but he sounded honest and his feedback was all positive to this point.  I even suggested he pay me just half the value to split our losses if he indeed never received it, but he refused.

I've gone back to look at his feedback, and since my incident, he has received another negative feedback from a user that says this guy never sent him his $775.   So now there are two incidents of this member not paying what he owes.

Is there anything I can do at this point to get my money ?  If not, can head-fi at least ban this guy ?  It just seems awful that he continues to steal from people.

Here's the member:

Anyway, not sure if this is right place to air my grievances, but I don't see where I can complain to a mod about him.

thanks,

mark
