I paid 433 EUR. I'm not sure how much they are directly from InEar, so for anyone tempted to order, it's probably worth giving them an email to compare prices.

Some crazy peeps around here, I don't get it...what's the point of ordering an outstanding in-ear from germany just to sell them the next day?

Well done mate, money well spent. Once they arrive could you post an image of your setup please? This is an expensive IEM and false posting doesn`t help anybody, especially Head-Fi that funnily enough has a reputation to look after.

Cheers.

No problem.. eagerly waiting for them to arrive in my office. Tracking says they have already arrived in the UK so it shouldn't be long now.

Very excited!

I would post a picture but can't take them off my ears to do it!

Seriously, I'm game, maybe tonight.

So, he is 'selling them' without any pics, too.

Brilliant peeps, we do need serious impressions here, Head-Fi and the SD3 deserve it/them.

Had the chance to demo musicday's SD3 and AK120 (thanks again man)

First sensation was bass hitting you. Once tuned in though an overall fullness to the sound. The soundstage on this brief listen was very wide. The bass was perhaps a little distracting on pure vocal tracks but was otherwise quite enjoyable. The combination of SD3 and AK120 was nice. Compared to my budget Clips every element of the sound was enhanced without exaggeration or perceptible defect.

Would not say the SD3 wowed me. Last IEM that did that was demoing the 1Plus2 but then of course it is competing in a different class. On its own merits the SD3 is a serious proposition.

The clarity of the 4.Ai is still something I really love. If Heir added a touch of bass it would be perfect for my tastes. Wonder if the would do SD4 more balanced sound.

Anyone have extensive experience of SD3 again Heir 5.0? Have only demoed both briefly and think both have gone in the same direction with a 'full' sound.

Build quality of SD3 seemed really nice. Yet again these new entrants to the market are redefining expectations for universals

Just one pic: legit or shopped? ...

However, as a german I would like to say Hello to the NSA: hello!

Bloody InEar, bloody HeadFi, i checked Inear site and they also hiked price to 489€ now, i recall that was lower on their site before :-(

hell i feel less enthusiasm now since this is all typical German story again, greed raised into perfection.

i feel like i pass on this now, do not like this approach from maker. damn i better pony more for FitEar then.

2k posts or not, you have just spouted out complete rubbish. Demo on mate with whatever IEM you choose.

?

Tpeos had an introductory offer for the H200, the same as InEar. The price increase is pretty much relative?

Aside from the personal comments and poor attitude which I will leave to the site moderators to deal with, do you have anything constructive to say? My post was nothing more than a report of a brief demo and does not pretend to be an informed review. I don't recall you sitting in my house so on what basis do you elevate yourself? I highly doubt there is any danger of anyone making a purchasing decision based on me if that assist, but thanks for the compliment.

It has nothing to do with greed, it was an offer price. So they have raised it from 445 to 489, so what? I would have began to complain around 550 I guess.

...his impressions actually seemed like a less enthusiastic version of yours.

Carlsan, any word on your ASG-2? I'd love to see this comparison.
