Time for a change, looking for Closed phones

Ive only been at this a couple years but I have determined that I dont quite like the sound coming out of my first two headphone purchases, AKG K240 MKii S, and ATH-M35.

But I love the sound coming out of my Alessandro ms-1.

I do most of my listening at work, and cant be using open cans, like the ms-1, while people are trying to get stuff done around me. So Ive put the 2 cans mentioned above up for sale, as well as a Fiio e10, and Im looking to get a closed back phone that has a more Gradesque sound.

Im not going to have a lot of coin to spend, perhaps $150-200. And Im not against getting cheaper phones if they really are what Im looking for. I did happen to give a short listen to some Koss DJ100s at Sears the other day and found them quite pleasing while using my phone and streaming pandora. Any left over cash would go towards new music which is always good. Other cans that have had my attention that ive never tried, Beyer DT 700 and the Fostex T50RP.

Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for looking....

The Kosses are very good for the price, and have a lifetime warranty. I've also heard that the warranty service is good. My friend has them and they're very good. I would also suggest shure srh750djs, and athM50s.

Well all my auctions ended in sales, and now Im having a heck of a time deciding what to do with this cash burning a hole in my paypal pocket.

My budget is $200 and I sold the only head amp I had, a fiio e10

So I either need a phone and an amp, or a phone that doesnt need an amp.

Ive been looking at

a900x

ws99

q40

t50rp

Also was looking at IEMs

gr07

ue700

Perhaps this Dac/AMP(is it actually amplifying? without a volume control? or just passing a line level out?)

http://www.ebay.com/itm/251261466102?ssPageName=STRK:MESINDXX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1436.l2649

leaning towards ws99 over the a900 based on the build differences, Not a fan of the wing setup on the 900 in theory, maybe in practice it isnt an issue?

The only thing Im after at this point is something vastly different, yet still enjoyable, than what I actually have, Alessandro MS1 and Astrotec AM90.

Thoughts anyone?

Well I picked the a900x. Ordered them refurbed from buydig. So far I'm a big fan, they sit a little funny on my head, but the sound is lovely.

I also ordered that Dac/Amp from China, hopefully it will be as equally satisfying.
