No longer receiving e-mail notification for new messages

I am no longer receiving e-mail notification for new messages to subscribed threads.  Did something happen?

Hi, I am having this problem too.  When I first investigated I saw that all my subscriptions had been changed to 'site only'.

I changed back to 'immediate' and for a day or two I would receive emails and then emails stopped.

 

When I check now all subscriptions say immediate but not receiving emails. 

 

There is now the below warning at the top of my 'edit your subscriptions'' page.

 

 

Email Notifications Are Disabled

You will not receive any emails for immediate, Daily Digest, or Weekly Digest subscriptions. To enable email notifications, check the "Send Email Notifications" preference, on your profile's settings page.

The link takes me to my subscriptions page but I cannot find any box to check.

Can someone help please? Maybe it's right in front of me and I can't see it.

I am indeed.......thank you for taking care of that. Could you tell me please where the location is of the box to check for receiving and not?

Saraguie, if you visit your profile page and click the "Edit Account Details" button, you can then make adjustments to your email notifications in the "Email preferences" section.

I see it now, it was probably there the whole time, but I'll be @#$$% I could not see it before.

Hello Joe,

 

I am no longer receiving any e-mail messages from head-fi. I verified the email address is correct and is receiving messages from other sources. I have tried repeatably resending the verification message without success.

I successfully verified my email address. I am hoping this will resolve the issue I am having with receiving any subscription emails.

Having same problem for over the week now. Found this thread last night, changed my preference from automatic to immediate and see that email address still same and was working for years but still problem is here

@olegausany, it appears your email address had been bouncing emails.  Let me know if you receive emails again, as you should be receiving them from this point forth.
