Hello guys, I mainly listen to pop music, hip-pop, rap ... I was considering buying one of these headphones ... I connect it to an amplifier. (budget € 150-200):

- Bayerdynamic Custom One Pro
- Audio Technica ATH-M50 WH
- AKG K550

the important thing is that they are comfortable for prolonged use
which would take you?

The K550s are definitely more comfortable to me than the M50s, and I would describe them as a better overall phone in terms of SQ.

Have not heard the Custom One Pros, although note that they have leather pads. I would suspect that they probably do not have the legendary Beyer comfort since the Beyer phones that do have that reputation tend to use velour pads.

Do you have to have closed? Do you need isolation? If not, open headphones can offer more comfort because your ears don't get as warm.

I do not particularly need to headphones isolated or closed, the ones that attract my attention and I wanted to buy was one of those three, however, also gladly accept other advice .. staying at this budget price 150-200€..

ATH WS99. My king of the price point for hip hop and R&B.

Haven't heard the Custom One Pro but I have the dt770 and I prefer the ws99. Most people say that the dt770 is superior to the Custom One Pro. Pics I took on my ipod:

See if the Beyer DT880s or DT990s are in your price range. Most people find them extremely comfortable.

Oh, well they're $200 in the US so I though they'd be around 150 euros.  My bad.  DT770 is my recommendation then.

I would like to suggest a far lesser known but highly rated SoundMagic HP100. Their looks are a bit naff but they are extremely comfortable. The sound is very detailed like the AKG but these don't have the seal issue. They aren't warm sounding but not analytical either, very neutral. The highs are never harsh with a flat mid range and bass that goes very deep but not basshead. Check out the reviews. They are definately worth checking out. I'm glad I did.
