Beginner Looking for a Portable Player

Hey guys, I am new to this site, although I have been a long time lurker.  I am looking for a new player, I currently have an iPhone 5, but if I listen to it too much, it drains the battery quick.

So I am looking for something that has better battery life, but also great sound.

I have thought about picking up a used iPod Classic and an amp, and I have also given thought to the ColorFly C3

My budget is about $100 for the player itself.

I already have a pair of HiFman RE-400's that I enjoy a lot.

Let me know what you guys think I should do.

Thanks!

If you're happy with the sound from the iPhone then all you need is to buy an external battery pack to charge up when out & about.

Thanks for the reply, but the thing is I have never heard anything to compare it to, so I am not sure.

Then do a search here for the Sansa clip, you will find its highly regarded as a player at a very good price.

Same question here. I'm rocking SE215's with a Blackberry 9900 right now. I am looking to upgrade to a Sony WM-Z or WM-F maybe. Not sure yet what's the best deal. I'm living in the Netherlands and a lot of gear posted in this forum can't be shipped to my home unfortunately. The market for portable players is rather small here.
