Hey d marc0! Those Metallica guys have a bit of talent huh! Pretty epic tune. And great bass guitar indeed. Yup - sounds great through the Bassos. Awesome!

Btw, I only recently have gotten addicted to trance. My main preferences are alternate/progressive rock and modern rock. But keep feeding me great stuff like that, and who knows - maybe I'll be desitined to become a metal head as well!

I saw these guys live at Red Rocks with Pantara and Sepultura. FREAKING EPIC!

It was when I was younger but these guys opened the show with this tune. The bodies started to fly..Aha fond memories

Love the music of prong.

Prong rocks! They are intense. So jealous of you D's gotten to watch Pantera live. I'd do anything just to get that chance!

@wayne glad you like it mate! If you're into prog rock i've got more your way so keep posted. We'll start with prog metal goodness.

The bassos sound great with this: one of my fave band of all time - Tool

I saw them twice.. Once with suicidal tendencies and that red rock show was unbelievable.. True story. We got back stage passes for the show. I got to see with my own eyes. Andreas Kisser. Guitarman for Sepultura. Take the biggest bong hit off of a custom 6ft. Not a 3 or 4 but we are talking 6ft grafix bong! Something like this. lol

It was Prong then Pantara but Sepultura tore stuff up. It was epic. Then beyond epic then mind completely blown by Sepultura . Those guys are beasts live like I have never witnessed from any band live. There was not a single person that didn't get injured in one way or another from that show Lol.

Wow, great tales of bongage Ds! And that Prong tune rather rocks.

And yes d marc0... Tool... brilliant.

So my bassos got here :D

Not much of an audiophile so I probably can't give a good impression of it. I might do one later after some burn in. Thanks again Ds for the recommendation!

EDIT - Still listening to them but one easy difference I can tell between the basso and my cheap skullcandy ink'd is the microphonics. Definitely less on the basso

Well, then... you are going to have to change your name to SunnyDay now, aren`t you! Congrats!

Nice. Glad you got them bassos.. Get used to a proper sound and you will never go back. That is how it is. Hope that will be your last pair of skullcandies...

Though when I was at walmart checking out them phones. All them skull candies look so urban sheik and shiny.. Almost want to make you buy them for the flash.

Haha I should huh. These do sound pretty good! I'm really curious now what I'm missing out on...I might have to start saving up so I can get a pair of headphones/earphones that are much more expensive and "high end"

Yeah they definitely look nice. I probably won't be buying anymore skullcandies lol. I do want to try out other earphones to see how different pairs have different sound signatures though. Need more $$$ first...! Have you guys spent a lot on audio gear?

Let`s put it this way. Exactly 1 year ago today, I was you... encounter a guy named Dsnuts... asked the same question. I did not really expect nor want to spend hardly any money on more gear after my first few items. But, my fate (as is yours) was sealed, and alas, that was (for me) quite a bit of $$$ ago.

Please let us know how YOU are doing in a year lol! One thing will be for sure - you will have had a lot of fun!
