If this is true I'd hope that we could upgrade to that version. I love the ASG-2 but there are some things that I'd like to tweak to hit my personal sweet spots.

+1 if wasnt for that extra mid bass that you love and hate on some tracks... Furthermore, i wish the lows had more authority/control or tightness.

Hmm... so you're looking for a FI-BA-SS on the cheap (likely to sound worse than the real SS), even though the real SS sounded worse to you than the GR07?

Wouldn't it be smarter to rebuy the GR07 then?

Damn. James with the kill. I can't even rebuke. Been spendin too much time with the birdman James, he's rubbin off on you!

I kid. biggrin.gif

Heaven S or C is the ticket Eke

And I can't wait to see what the 2.5 is like now that AS isn't bound by the voicing requirements of a stage monitor. Did anyone happen to get a listen at RMAF? I know they had samples on hand for feedback

Not worse, just not as good. :p

I was specifically looking for that balanced air movement bass though. And I already have a GR07 BE, though I've given it to a friend to use for mixing his music.

Heaven S.   A real beauty for the price!  Bass, wonderful mids, and those shimmering highs!

The heaven a should be almost identical to the heaven c and fi-ba-ss. I'm sure there are some differences, but they all should closer to each other than to any other iem.
