Guys any of you try the ASG 1.3? What's the sound sig quality?

Basically, the signature is the ASG-2 signature with receeded treble.  The two IEMs hold very similar characteristics below the 2k mark.

EDIT: This is how I felt with the short impression I had with them anyways.  In order to get more in depth, I'd need them both for a good audition.

Aesthetically speaking at least, I'm sure there's some sorta minor tweakin going on inside. The 334's are really startin to bowl me over at the moment. Real curveball man... I'm gonna cross my fingers and hope that Eke was right about the 334/G-2!

Awesome. Looks like the 334 is starting to pull you into the darkness (of its sound sig).

I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy the ASG-2 equally. I have to say, I thought I was insane reading my own comparison of the two, but several A/Bs put my mind to rest.

Believe me Eke. If you are bang on bout the G-2 and the 334 occupying the same technical sphere, I will treat you to the finest imitation seafood dinner at any Sizzler's of your choice if you're ever in St Louis.

Haha, man, I hate it when I really like something too. I guess we'll see soon enough.

Apologies for muddying up the ASG-2 thread Eke.

You're in St. Louis?? St. Louis, MO?

You happen to be in luck. I know someone in St. Louis who is getting his ASG-2 on Tuesday. I'll PM him to see if he wants you guys to meet up. Maybe he can get to hear your Flat-4 too.

PM incoming.

PS, as a Louisiana resident, I'm pretty particular about my seafood. You'll have to come better than that, sir.

Former Tulane student here! And one with an intense dislike of seafood, with the exception of raw oysters for whatever reason, as utterly bizarre as that sounds.

Anyway, back to your regularly scheduled prodding of Aurisonics to formally unleash the ASG-2 upon the anxiously awaiting public!

I have the Rhapsodio RDB+ 2v1 here. Comparisons will be up tonight after the Pacers/Heat game, or tomorrow.

I'd give the RDB a listen...if I could get the damn box open. It's the same otterbox as the 1.2 ASG-1.

Isn't it awesome? My new obsession is The Lumineers. You need to listen to that album.

It's awesome. Whats extra awesome about it is that it's awesome pretty much the whole frickin way though.

Nice, I'll check it out.

Lol at the otterbox. I'm sure they're sturdy but I really dislike those things.

Did some quick A/B'ing between the RDB+ 2v1 and the ASG-2. Every time I switched from the G-2 to the RDB, I felt compelled to check if I actually had a seal.

I've read they seem a bit thin, coming from the likes of the 1plus2 and ASG-2.
