Dac to match the quality of my turntable setup?

A while ago I bought Pro-Ject's debut carbon turntable and phono box usb V. Systemi is plugged in xiangsheng dac-01a amp/dac device. It sounds awesome. Too good actually. It is so good that my digital music sounds thin and lifeless in comparison. Using a turntable was supposed to be used as an occasional alternative to listening digital music using Xiang Sheng Dac-01a. Now I can't enjoy even my sacd files the way I used to. Music played with turntable has superb dynamics, soundstage, everything. I's my dac inferior in quality compared to the quality of my turntable setup? It would make sence...since I have over twice the money invested in turntable setup than in my dac. Would a better dac help getting my high quality digital tracks to the level I've now become accustomed with my turntable? And if so...How expensive dac would i need? I've been eyeing on Schit Gungnir. 800$ is about the limit I'm willing to spend on a dac only. I wish not to inflict a age old vinyl vs digital debate here. Just looking for an ideas. I surely was not expecting an entry level turntable system sound this awesome :)

Could you describe each setup a bit more so we can find the weak link if there is one? Digital... Analog...
