Possible, cuz fostex is semi open design and I find the extremely spacious and airy during audition. If they had better isolation....

Almost 100% guarantee that the TH-600 soundstage is bigger than LCD-2, I also don't know how, but it's nice :)

It's not semi open, its just a very lousy isolating closed can :P

The TH600 is like a top model BMW or Mercedes. The LCD2 is like a Ferrari. Both have its virtues and negatives.

Hmm, I think a more accurate way to put the comparison is like the LCD-2 is a Rolls Royce or Aston Martin, more sleek and refined, while the TH-600 is more like a Ferrari/ Jaguar with a more aggressive "sporty" nature...

Idk if that makes sense but yeah :)

Perhaps someone would like to bring a camera to document this event? :beerchug:

Your description is perhaps correct from the viewpoint of sound. I was merely alluding to the fact that owning the LCD you felt you were holding a work of art, craftsmanship, etc. With the TH600, great sound notwithstanding, it looked like a generic JVC or Panasonic, no insult intended to current owners of those top line models.

Pay $10 minimum voluntarily towards David's $282 cost of hosting this meet and get a lucky draw ticket to win a pair of Blueant Embrace headphones donated by me. Only a couple of months old and only used once or twice. David will conduct the draw at the end.

Though I am not desperate for the headphone, I sincerely thank you for your contribution! I would still pay uncle David voluntarily and who knows what happens.
