I rename the files with a preface of 01, 02, 03, etc. so the play in the correct order.  for example,

01 Beethoven_ Symphony #4 In B Flat, Op. 60 - 1. Adagio, Allegro Vivace
02 Beethoven_ Symphony #4 In B Flat, Op. 60 - 2. Adagio
03 Beethoven_ Symphony #4 In B Flat, Op. 60 - 3. Allegro Vivace
04 Beethoven_ Symphony #4 In B Flat, Op. 60 - 4. Allegro Ma Non Troppo

Hope that helps . .
Seems not so easy.
Appears that in the track name (.FLAC) and the folder image (.JPG) there are tags read by AK120 software. With what soft could I reed these tags ?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "read these tags".

To change the file name:

On Windows -- right click on the file name and then click on "rename".

On Mac         -- left click on the file name once, wait 2 seconds and click again.

Unless you are selecting your music using the "Folders" option I don't think it matters what you call the file, the GUI should order them using the tags. I use foobar2000 for that task.

@scook94: You are right and since the GUI orders badly some tracks I think I have to change those tags. I suppose you use Foobar for the job and I don't use Foobar. I will try the tool given by @lafeuil.

I like foobar because you can import the tags from various places online, so it doesn't have to be done by hand. Hopefully the other suggestion will do the same thing.

In the situation I describe I think that Foobar should allow to change the tags manually to make the GUI order correctly.

I stopped by the AK booth at Can Jam So Cal a couple of weeks back. I told the guy at working there that I wasn't that keen on AK products because they never answered my emails about my early AK120 that unmounts it's cards all the time. He just shrugged. Very unimpressive.

That seems to be their attitude to customer support.

I own two AK100 a Mk1 and Mk2 but I will never buy another AK product. The quality of their products is great, so far no issues and fantastic sound, but this attitude, I also had a question that I had to ask 6 times over two months only to receive a totally unrelated answer.... I have ZERO confidence that this company really cares for its customers when you need them to.

It's a shame, as I like their players a lot. But this is my only "voice" - my wallet.

Cheers,
K

My AK120 has started to increasingly do this. Needs to switched off and on, then it scans the whole library which takes a while. Have occasionally removed both cards and reinstated one at a time and rescanned each time.

Anyone found a better solution?

I haven't needed to touch the cards. A quick reboot always brings them back. Try it. Sometimes we start doing rain-dances around bugs that are actually pretty simple to solve. I suspect it's a hardware issue in early units...

"Early units" you mean early ak120?Mine is an ak120 titan im having the same problem.
