i am afraid this is impossible to compare universals to custom IEMs. sorry cannot see your point. if you want a perfect fit and isolation then custom IEM will do better for you.

Ok. But m'y question was: Since the little vents allow external sound to come in ( Lack of isolation from external noises), does the same vents make people able to hear what you are listening ( in à very quiet... Bedroom ) ?

You have bigger issues at hand if you were to be listening to them that loud in the first place. I'd say you'd be damaging your ears if they were making enough external noise to be bothersome to someone next to you....

My girlfriend can hardly hear that I am listening to music at a very quiet room when I listen to 1+2 with very large volume.

So there is no isolation, but there is no leaking either, unless someone push his ear against my 1+2.

Yes, isolation issue due to the bass port. You can easily hear environment sound at noisy places or wind sound when you are riding on motorbike very clear.

Leaking? No, i do not think IEMs will leak their sounds as much as open fullsize.

The sm64 and s-em6 fit as good as my JH16. The isolation is pretty good as well.

look, only bmichels can answer himself. i would say 1p2 is more casual IEM which you will use at home, on the way, but not while jogging. i found vent ports not a problem but seal is not perfect and wind and loud noise outside can be a problem.

for me 1p2 is perfect IEM which makes me lazy to think about other IEM. i concur i am thinking about JH16pro or Roxanne or SME64 or similar. but there is no rush with 1p2 which remains my top IEM.

Shure olives can isolate as well as any acrylic custom but a proper fitting custom is as comfortable (more) as it gets. Most comfy tips I've tried are the Grado/Ortofons which also work great on the 1+2.

I can't suggest you who to go, but I can tell you don't go to AudioNova-Uccle. I have bad memories with them. If Grzegorz (Spiral Ear's founder) wasn't an awesome man, my right ear fit/comfort would be screwed up.

Also generally I didn't hear good things about AudioNova agencies, so you might want to delete their name from your list.
