Vivo Xplay thread - Page 2

Given what I have heard on X1, a better amp section should make it very impressive as a music player. If BBK has done their job to address the hardware weakness on X1, I think X3 should stand a good chance against DX50.

I think Vivo can really nail it. With all the specs matching that of rival high-end models and a really good DAC chip,  we (audiophiles) might finally have the ability to keep one portable rather than two.

Another question. How does the X1's SQ rack up to the Walkman Z and the F?

Never use a Walkman DAP before to tell you anything about them.

I am getting the xplay or X3 this friday. Not sure which one my friend bought lol.

But I am still excited, both have good audio hardware. If the sound is right I can even live with "only" 32GB storage.

at about 28:00 he talks about balanced armature IEM. I can't speak chinese, but does he say something about output impedance?

edit: when it isnt in hifi-mode,, it is using the wcd9310 qualcomm?

This chip is implented in the htc one and q10/10 blackberry.

Not that bad actually.

I have mine as a second phone in addition to Meizu MX2. The only thing that I miss in it is a dualsimness smily_headphones1.gif well, also I would like to have 64GB of memory. Battery life is great, screen too, comfortable to browse, read and watch. And of course sound is great, even though I was not very precise with headphones choice, so now have senheiser ie80... could be better for smaller price.
