AFAIK, he's waiting for Sonion to actually mass produce these new drivers. He has pre-production drivers that he's been tweaking the circuit with, but of course that's not enough. Unfortunately, Sonion seems to have some delays with the production line. We'll just have to wait.

It's not gonna be that long...and it is gonna be great smily_headphones1.gif First ciems with this new generation I think? Supposed to be much better technically...not that I really understand why.

Well, imagine a world where it wouldn't be better....we would kill ourselves for upgrades! ;-) so let's hope there's ALWAYS an upgrade possible!

It's a brand new armature (that metal thing that actually vibrates within the enclosure) design; that's all I really know about this new driver. Well, I also know its size and model number, but that's not really important. I have zero idea how it sounds, but if Piotr thinks it's good, then it should be.

I'm looking forward to what Piotr is coming up with next.  I'm wondering if he'll stick with silicone or move to acrylic so more drivers are easier to implement.

The other night I was watching a horror film (Fragile) on my computer (my girlfriend doesn't enjoy viewing these with me) and the Pro 330 did a great job supplying spooky sounds while never hiding the vocals.

So that's yours? Awesome! :beerchug:

I think Piotr really did something special with it!

I heard some technical details from him about his concept and approach over PM, and it's super cool (not to mention, very technically sound acoustic engineering) --- I'm sure you'll really enjoy it!

Yep, mine and mine only.. hehe.

He did some wicked awesome stuff there. Backfiring TWFK, phase correction, etc2. I'm pretty sure it will be awesome! And most important factor is that I can use it in studio and stage .

I'm feeling very very exited now. Christmas came early.
