For Sale:
FS: HiFiMan HE-300

Will Ship To: USA

Up for sale are my HE-300s.  They sound absolutely amazing but I need the money right now.  One of the ear pads has a weird discoloration on it that has turned it light grey/white in some spots.  It is not torn or anything and the foam is still in great shape.  Cosmetic defect only, and replacement pads are easily sourced online if it bothers you ($10 from HiFiMan).

I accept PayPal and price includes insured shipping in the USA.  Any questions, please let me know and I'll try to answer as best I can.

What revision are these?

Sorry I didn't see your reply sooner.  I don't know what revision they are.  Is there some way for me to check?

Judging by the box and thick black cable, it looks to be one of the early revisions.

FYI - the "revisions" were cable and packaging changes.  Nothing more.  The first "revision" came about from correcting some production problems.  There is NO documentation of any driver change.  Yours is the same as mine, which would be the second cable used.

Remember, the drivers have remained constant.

I could have sworn that the first batch or revision of the HE-300s had what some called a 'wonky' sound, I think Tyll even measured it.

Edit: Apparently only some of the 'first revision' models had the driver issue, as this doesn't have the black and white jack, it must be a Rev.2 and shouldn't have the issue.

Yes. The wonky sound was a production defect. Some had it, some did not. They fixed the issue, but did not change the headphone. But since some complained about the cable, they changed that as well.
