Klipsh Pro Media 2.1 vs Cambridge S30

Hey guys,

Assuming a decent source (laptop with Meridian explorer), and with the goal being a decent desktop movie and music sound, would you consider the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 with built-in amp, or would you spend the extra money to get a dedicated amp and a pair of passive Cambridge Audio S30s? (or even, Dali zensor 1).

Thank you very much in advance for your advice. I'm very much looking forward to fixing my speaker situation, I'd be grateful for any help.

Having owned both, I would go for the S30 over the ProMedia. Get an inexpensive used receiver to power them. Then add a sub later.
