FitEar Parterre (パルテール) Appreciation Thread - Page 40

the Parterre has clearly more trebles than the 334. I'm talking perhaps around 10kHz(I've checked precisely but forgot the values and don't have them with me to verify sorry). cymbal mostly have a bigger presence on the Parterre.

about burn in, I'm not a believer, but those I have were really killing me when I go them, I even had to spend a few days without music to get rid of some nasty tinnitus I got after 3days of Parterre(3intensive days I must say). they went on a big journey in many ears for 4months. and now, if they're still too bright for me(I'm a hd650 guy), they stopped wrecking my head so I guess something might really have happened. I feel like I could live with them and be happy about it with just a little EQ to reduce the 3khz and something on the cymbals when listening rock (on classic and cymbal-light musics they "rock" as they are ^_^).

take all this with a lot of salt as those are my feelings taken months apart from each other. for reference, the HD800 is also wrecking my brains and they are perhaps the best headphones I've ever heard. it's just not the kind of signature that helps me spend 6hours with music without losing a screw.

Any idea where the white model is available to buy? Only place I know is Pricejapan and they don't have color options.

Don't know if they still have them, but Musica Acoustics did have the white set.

Welp, guess I'm SOL. These limited editions really are limited editions. Here's hoping Fitear introduces white as a standard color along with black in the future; its rather boring how black is the default color with most universal iem's; I would even appreciate them making a clear version.

If it's any consolation, they're actually a deep, deep blue color!

I doubt they will go clear, at least on certain models. The colour/translucency of the Parterre seems almost like it was chosen to obscure the driver used.

How is the bass on this compared to the ck100 pro?

Do u guys think that f111 is a very good iem considering it has only 1 driver?
I'm confused. What is the difference between the F111 and the Parterre? Thanks.
F111 one driver iem. Parterre 3 drivers i think. And different sound signatures

I'm pretty sure from what everyone says that its a dual BA iem. Of course, if you happen to have a Parterre on hand and a Maglite, please shine the light on it and report back as to what you see:L3000:

Hi, what is the difference between Parterre and To Go 334?

Parterre is 2 drivers most likely and uses a horn style exit similar to the F111.  The 334 has 3 BA units, one is a double, so 4 drivers.  The 334 also has 3 sound ports with a titanium tube to isolate highs (IIRC).  The F111 and 334 have been measured on Rin's Blog, the Parterre has not: http://rinchoi.blogspot.ca/search/label/Suyama

Thanks for the clarification.
