Listening with the new firmware it feels like a slight veil has been lifted. The sound is definitely clearer and still very engaging. Switching songs is lightning quick now.

If someone could post the changelog on here, that'd be great. I've downloaded the fw already, and am on my last MBs (mobile data)

What i noticed so far is the speed increased, track switching is faster, without gapless.
Some menu changes :
browse files: instead of icons for TF1/TF2, it now shows a list: TF1/TF2/OTG
play by category: now shows list of all songs/album/artist/genre

So when my X5 arrives should I just update the firmware to 2.0 and not even bother with what it comes with?  :)

this is not the total change , for example, 2.0 supports AAC-HE, and supports 64bit playback ( just for some formats ). please wait till we release the final describition.
