Heh, there's a reason for that...:deadhorse:

Anyway, I for one, like the way the X5 is shaping up, from the pictures and info posted here.

Tera is a no-display 2G shuffle......2G (grand)=US$2,268 roughly.. And there's no user friendly price to talk about the user friendly UI. moreover Altmann designed exclusive for $35 KOSS Porta-Pro?

For f***s sake, will we please stop talking about other daps and leave this thread for FiiO and X5....

If you want to discuss how Apple or Charles Altman, please go to their thread, we have a lot of those discussion. Stop being teenagers and going over the same s***t like a broken casette player...

Yeah, Grow guys Grow........lol. I too can't simply accept if a thread derails like this, so a little straighten up is what my response though.

Chill guys, my posts were referencing the X5 UI in comparison to the others DX50 and Studio, no need to get nasty...

Seems like both of you need to follow your own advice and grow a little?? Just saying, open your minds and have a little tolerance.

No where does it say we can't post about other daps for comparisons sake...kinda what a forum is for...

We have already bunch of closed threads and banned users just because of TP, I have enough of this under every new dap's thread. Whatever, I am stopping answering anything related to this subject and probably just wait until someone actually have the X5 and share impressions.

Sorry mates, I was just joking about that :O (Yes I know, lurked around here enough to know about such issues...)

Anyway, how durable do you guys think the mechanical wheel of the X5 will be (compared to normal buttons)?

If FiiO tested it before and find no issue, I think it should be good

Yeah, I hope so too... The initial video by Joe about the speed of the wheel is pretty funny though :D

yeah~ rather sluggish hope they get it right. I don't mind SLIGHTLY sluggish performance on X1 since it's $100 but for a $400 DAP, I will expect more xD

To me it looks like the card is too full and too bulky for the X5 to run... :3 but still decent, could be better I guess? I also hope it's the camera FPS problem xD

BTW, am I the only one who find it heart breaking to see the first X5 picture with a bose headphone @.@ No offense, I am definitely not a fan of Bose's sound signature but I am a fan of their active NC

My idea of noise-cancelling is a pair of well-fitted CIEMs!

@ James, now the X5 is basically ready to be released, can you give us a more accurate figure for battery life, playing Hi-Rez files, please?

Thanks.

CIEM may be too expensive and some may not prefer something in their ear xD
