These look like they will be amazing, but also ridiculous in terms of actual looks. People thought the S500 looked a bit dorky with its wide-flat headband. Not that one's going to wander around in public with a set this size, but still.

Interested nonetheless.

Hey man, if I can wear my awesome CKS1000's to the gym, then I don't see what's stopping me from wearing the SZ2K's! Nobody, and I mean nobody, will mess with me then :)

whaaaaaat??? I'd walk around with a satellite dish strapped to my head if it made music sound god mode :)

I have a pair of Wharfedale DD-1 with twin drivers so the JVC definitely isn't the first with 2 drivers. The DD-1 are heavy beasts too.

And speaking of looking ridiculous on the head, those DD-1's definitely take the cake!

The s500 are already amazing in their own right. Maybe these will easily beat $400-500 full sized headphones and its a dual driver? Dayummm shut up and take my money already

tbh i thought JVC was just gonna release a CNT 55mm driver full size over head portable that is tuned even better than the S500s but these SZ2/1K came out of nowhere with that crazy kelton sub woofer and the massive looking design. Well kinda saw this coming cuz of what they put in the FXZ lineup but still......... Isn't there 2 drivers, one is like 33mm and a larger 55mm one combined with that crazy kelton woofer on the back???

Oh man, these look awesome but pricey frown.gif

haha i dont mind them weighing half a kilo since im sure they will sound EFFIN awesome. And yes, there are 2 drivers. One for treble and mids and the other for bass. Man, 55mm drivers will knock some sense into our heads!Am eagerly waiting for the release

i am kinda afraid of these things tbh, cuz if my FXZ200s are any indication of their sound, these will literally sound like a set of FULL size speakers blasting at you!!! triportsad.gif
