Looking for something as comfortable as Q15, but better sound?

Hi I this is my second post here. Hope I do it better this time. I am a noob hearer, looking for a some headphones. I live abroad so, I can't physically try much before buying, and we also don't have the option of returning them, unless of course its faulty.

I have tried the Bose Q15 for a few moments and they felt really comfortable, but I am not a fan of Bose (speakers), and browsing this forum I get, there are better headphones out there in the price range.

I need:

Comfort

Circumaurals (can't stand on ear)

Have trouble with harsh sound, get headaches and fatigue really fast, but I also don't what the bass to overpower erevything

Mids and vocals would be clear, I would also use this to watch some movies..

Closed (travel is on mind)

And if they could be on the portable side, better.. (foldable, or not as bulky)

Thanks

No one?
I could really use the help.
I have tried some headphones, do briefly.
Sennheiser Hd25-1 II, sounded great but terribly uncomfortable
Momentum, really liked the look, was able to fit my ears, tough some places were touching the cups. But here they are really expensive, we are talking about $480 USD.
AKG550, could not try those as they didn't have display units abou$300
Sony MDR-1R could not try those $294

Thanks

MDR-1R should be better than the QC15 in terms of sound quality, looks and build quality. I've listened to my friends QC15 for a while and while I didn't notice a massive differene between those and my MDRs I could certainly tell that the MDRs sounded more smooth overall and was more "lush". The bass was a bit more present as well.

Thank you.

Anyone else has a suggestion?

If you have other options that might be good for me in the $300ish range?
