Question about Schiit Valhalla and CD player

Thread Starter

My friend is gonna sell me his hardly used Schiit Valhalla amp and I'm pretty excited about it. I wanna do a pretty simple setup that uses a CD player, my local Fry's has the Onkyo C-S5VL on sale,  along with my Sennheiser HD 650's. I'm still kind of a noob so would this be a pretty good setup? Also, should I need a DAC? The Onkyo has a Wolfson 192 kHz/24-Bit DAC built in, would that be enough?

Thanks.

I have that cd player.  It's quite good.  Put filter #4 on, and it will sound great.
