best bass over the ear headphones under 60 dollars.

 i want to get a good bass over ear headphones But i don't have a lot of money to spend, I'm an average listener no audiophile
I mostly listen to hip hop and dubstep I would like headphones that beats the beats by dre headphones in their own game getting a good bass nice sound quality and low price they have to be good looking (sort of) portability is not a must
 
i've been considering the numark red wave

what do you think about the numark red wave?
how good are the Panasonic htf600 compared to the numark red wave?
does the koss pro dj100 have good bass? do they compare to any of the above?

Never heard 'em. I'm not a basshead.
But hifiguy compared them directly to the beats solo hd's and said these came out on top.
 
To me that doesn't say much, as the solo's sound terrible, but the pioneer's are $40, the beats are $200. They also seem to have interesting features... like a dual-driver design, a bass-control wheel, etc. Take your pick.
