I was initially going to say cochlear implants that will resonate the ear bones directly, rather than via airborne soundwaves, but then you'd have the issue of wireless transfer. As good as that is getting, there is just too much interference for that to ever truly satisfy the audiophile. That lead me to the thought that data may be stored in the threads of our clothes (already a reality), with a very short (thus reducing interference) cable to...
