Would be cool to see a NBA player wearing something other than Beats.

To be honest, I'd like to have NBA players far away from my headphones! Celebrity endorsements does not help at all!

I see NBA analysts use the HD25 all the time. Almost everyone on TNT uses the HD25 when they're at live games.

Apparently Kevin Durant uses Ultrasone Edition 8s, but still signed with Skullcandy...

Would a rapper with Qualias work?
Gah link won't work on my phone.

Tbh, I don't know anything about basketball or sports in general, I just went with some friends and I didn't know it was common :).

Everybody and their mother uses HD25 headset.  It's not the HD25 in specific btw.  Sennheiser sells an actual headset version that goes for around 4-500usd.

TNT uses it, ESPN, ABC, hell even gomtv when watching Starcraft 2.

It's all about the $$.

I doubt everyone who endorse Beats thinks Beats is the best headphone.

Yeah, it just makes it more expensive without improving the product.

AKG is doing it with the Q series and they stayed about the same price. All it did was introduce new colors. The lime one sells for 223 on Amazon which is a decent price.

Maybe he's not famous enough to charge huge royalties? I think far more people know who Dr. Dre is than, say, someone who might actually know something about sound like Quincy Jones. biggrin.gif
