hi guys, can anyone give me feedback of how much u guys paid for tax and duties when ur jh ciem reached ur country with fedex? just wanna have a brief idea how much i need to pay, because i need to pay about 100usd for moon audio silver dragon cable, now that's ridiculous since the cable price is about 200usd, which mean i need to pay total of around 300usd for a cable

No, I mean Jh audio declared worth at 400. So I paid like 50. If they listed it at full value you would be paying a lot more.

so do u think will jh do it if i request them to declare at a lower amount? as i does not live in us, when the tax and duties got converted, it's a lot for my currency

You can try and ask them. They probably would as 400 is enough to cover the physical value anyway. When I ordered from heir audio they declared full value including rush order cost so I paid over 300 in tax.

I think I'm just lucky JH Audio packaged my JH16 like a personal item and not like a new product and I escape customs duties.

What do you mean by packed like personal item? Mine was packed like any other item that I've order from abroad and wasn't taxed either.
