Modify a Go-Dap 3? - Page 2

So here's what I got.
http://amzn.com/B009C7HGE0

And
http://amzn.com/B0060HI2P2

It is just an amp that uses the iDevice's line out, but so far so good. I am just using the cable now, but will make a more permanent solution soon. It seems to pair well with my iPhone 4S, but I haven't done enough listening to be sure that it's a major improvement over the headphone output with Spotify premium as the source.

You might have a bad connector, better go exchange it.

No it won't.  If you look closely on the connector, it has no "hook" for locking so you have to be a bit careful.

put a bit of card behind it (because the back of touch is thinner than iphone3G) and wrap it with a rubber band.

ghetto, but possibly effective.

Those are the one that washable and sticky when dry.  You might have seen those "As Seen On TV" ad on something similar.  The key here is to find something to pop up the back side to add pressure to the connection.

i bought some scotch fasteners.
what place do u guys think i should put them?

Should be fine, as long as it is thick enough to hold the connection, anywhere should be fine (maybe close to the bottom?)

Just experiment a bit, the key to have enough back pressure for the connection to hold.

Hii

Any reason why its only $20? At first I thought it was some kind of scam...guess not. Anyone know how the sound compares to the fiio e11? I'm tempted to buy one just because of the ridiculous price...
