The O2 of Tube Amps ? - Page 2

Probably the little dot 3. 250 bucks (200 if you can pick it up in china personally) and sounds as good as any amp i've heard. I wouldn't know how well it measures though, if that is a criterion for you. It's also OTL.

You can buy it in kit or built : http://www.garage1217.com/graphic_design_002.htm

the Indeed G2 is a cheap=o PS II, not as well made but the sound is compareable I hear.

I do like mine, it has a warm signiture with good sound stage ect...  but did I mention the indeed is poorly built xD, the bass boost button is finicky tovh it the wrong way when u turn it off and it becomes a mud button lol,

still try the Indeed G3, I have a $100 Millet Whiple/Max hybrid that sounds nice. and there is also this

I HIGHLY suggest you buy it, as I wanted it but opt'd for a nice solid state instead. Still I regret getting my MIllet Whip Max when I could have gotten the above :/

still a hybrid tube is nice, but it's not pure refrance build. In addition I have a 49720HA opamp for my matrix which is SUPER lean so I would think the opamp in a amp decides how clean it would be [clean as in without color, which is apprently what the O2 is know for]

Non the less BUy and LOVE that tube

+1 on the Sunrise, built a few for friends over a year ago and it is indeed a very refined, night and day difference Bravo/Indeed amp which is superior over the V1,V2, G2, G3 and the Ocean. Think of the corners Indeed and Bravo cut with there tube amp's, rebuild it by rectifying those bad engineering principles and you have the Sunrise. Interesting to see they stock other lower cost amp's as well, interested to try a Horizon.

yea I figured a sunrise would be much better, again corners cut. Still for $100 the indeed is pretty good, also the stock indeed G3 tube is pretty terrible. I rolled a rca clear top and it was a huge improvement. Also the indeed is better than the bravo. but again for $100 it's pretty great. If on a SUPER tight budget it's a god send!

still though I'd like a sunrise!
