Upgrade from D2000 to D600 or even D7100 a worthwhile upgrade?

Have sold my D2000 to a freind as I am looking for a slightly more portable pair to use out and about. The new Denons do look quite a bit smaller and think they look much nicer.

 

 

Just wondering if they are a decent worthwhile upgrade over my D2000?

 

I have just bought a colourfly C4 so looking for headphones to compliment them

Just to clarify, the D600/7100 actually have about similar ear cup size to the D2/5/7000 and a much larger frame. So they are quite big for portable use, but it's doable.

 

You may want to try the D600 first and see if it's better than the D2000 to you. I prefer the D600 to my D5000, but some people here say the 600 is worse than Beats, so tread carefully.
