The chair is heated and has massage functions indeed :P But I am looking a replacement, I am not entirely satisfied with it.

Awesome! Do you run the system off grid via the UPS battery? What's the battery capacity and how much listening time do you get?

Actually, I never run the UPS on battery mode. However, if the input AC voltage is too high or too low, the UPS will cut the power that comes from the wall and feed the outlets with regulated / low distortion AC power converted from the battery DC power.
