Yes, H-200. This cable?

You can read about that here:

Thanks for the quick reply!  I was just reading about a different cable upgrade here before checking this thread and finding your response.  $140 sounds a tad steep post-promotion, though.

Yes, that cable in your link is the same as one of mine. There's a story behind the cables.

The one in your link was bought from Korea, we had a member working as a middle man shipping them abroad for us a few months ago. He no longer is able help get them (help us). Some of those cables did however make it to some members.. The cable in my main photo two posts above are actually the ones made and sold by a partner company of T-Peos. I hope that clears somethings up for you. :)

Here's a question for the rest of you:  Are any of you able to use a DAC and the wireless charger at the same time?

I'm finding the S4 impossible to listen to without a DAC because of distortion from the headphone out.  Trouble is, using the USB out drains the battery.  If I could place my S4 atop a wireless charger while listening, I wouldn't have to choose between tolerable audio at work and draining the battery completely just before an hour-long commute.

Anyone?

You could try the smart dock. But then you would need either a charger or a powerbank. But I don't know if the usb outs support audio or only inputs and usb drives...

There are some Android USB DAC units in development that also serve as a powerbank.

EDIT: Not from me, from much better known brands :P

Thinking of getting the Fiio E18

We shall see what Fiio has up their sleeve. If it is indeed an Android USB DAC/Powerbank sort of deal, certainly count me in. The Galaxy S4 sounds like a perfect match for it already.

The other advantage to wireless charging would be the lessening of wear on the S4's fragile micro-USB port.  Also: If you've got the S4 set up in a portable music rig, you could keep everything plugged in while charging the battery.  You should be able to charge wirelessly while listening to the E18 as well, but very few people on Head-fi own the E18 yet and none has reported on that setup.

Personally, I was always more interested in the Note 3 (though that phone is region locked, unfortunately, as most Samsung phones are likely to be from now on).  The only reason I picked up an S4 is because my Galaxy S died beyond repair three months before the Note 3 was available.
