Very tempted to get a pair to compare to my R-50. The "best bass quality" impressions have me intrigued but seeing as I just got MG7 Atrios and the GR07 BE, I think I'm good on IEMs for the foreseeable future. etysmile.gif

I wouldn't wanna trade with you either .. no feedback mate..

If these things can pull off most of the treble extension of the R-50s but have better bass, they will be instant classics.

Yeah, the bass is a little light on the R-50. If they had a tad more bass, the R-50 would have been perfect. Hopefully, the VC1000's will have that added bass.

Hot damn, I wish I hadn't bought my R-50s so long ago... I LOVE the separation and quickness on them, but I just have so much issue with the sibilance and damn ear guides.  I honestly trade off between them and my X10s everyday cause I love the treble and extension of the R-50 so much, but the better bass of the X10 has a place in my heart.

I really hope that the VC1000 hits home with the dual BAs in this class of IEM.

The channels/drivers of my R-50 were not matched! I think at this price point lazy channel matching can be an issue. The V-sonics look amazing really. I wish they don't have these flaws!

2 weeks on and nothing turned up in my mailbox yet...is that a fish that I smell?

Hong Kong packages I normally received within 10 days tops...I'll wait for a couple more days...

...tracking shows that my package was mailed out on the 15th, but yet to be checked into Australia
