I'll post in detail later as the cable is brand new, Never been used....

 

They sound like a totally different set of headphones now, every things now sealed and properly in place.

Really enjoying them and if I were to sum them up right now in a few odds, I would say Lively, Deep Sweeping Bass, Crisp Clean Highs & subtle mids.

You know you've destroyed a classic headphone in the DT531 "Groovaliser' don't you.

 

I hope the end result is worth the effort of desecrating a rare and treasured piece of sonic reproduction.

I did this as the DT531 enclosures were unfortunately damaged beyond repair in an accident

which you would know if you had read my first post.

Luckely, I plan on getting another set of DT531's in the near future as I enjoyed them A LOT.

 

As they are now, They sound totally different, No better, But No worse either.
