Looking for some help from Wristwatch-Fi

Currently I have a metal Coleman watch that costs about 25$. I like how it looks but unfortunately the build quality is terrible. Also, I've lost a lot of weight recently because I'm amazing, but adjusting the links to tighten up the fit just isn't worth the money. It costs almost as much as just buying a new one of these watches, which I could do, but I'm tired of owning a crappy watch that dies so easily.

I think rubber watches look silly and unprofessional but it looks like that's what I may need to own. (My experience with rubber watches consists of Casio)

Here's what I need from my new wristwatch:

-- Adjustable band
-- Impact Resistant
(I'm active and can be clumsy)
-- Sweat-corrosion Resistant
(I use a bicycle as my main means of transportation)
-- Water Resistant
(just enough for things like washing hands)
-- DIGITAL, I don't want hands on a clock
-- Display that works at night, whether by pressing a light or some fancy new technology that supersedes the button press light
-- Stopwatch, timer, alarms

Solar powered so no battery to change and syncs with the atomic clock in CO so you never have to set it.
