I didnt get rid of the JH-13s...i lost them on the place ride home over christmas :(

I'll be bringing the Hilo and Darryl will have the M51 and PWDII and possibly another goodie by meet time. The nice thing about meets are that you can slide a component into your rig to hear how it will sound. It's saved me money and also shown me my weaknesses. If you are in Dayton, I am going to set up a mini meet for mid March (16) with some of these rigs as preproman has ran out of room for meet hosting with all his gear. We'll have the LCD 2.2 & 3 so the orthos will be well represented with the HE-5le, 6, 500 too. The HD-800 and T-1 will make their way as well.

As to the $=better sound equation, tough call. I used my old (95) CAL Sigma II DAC/HiFace until this Jan. It held me in good stead for a long time but the newer DACs bring some clear improvements. I feel the new DACs (with pre function) make life easier to live with PC audio.

I just took my AKG K167 and completely covered it in electrical tape on top of the pad mod I've got running. Call me nuts but it's an improvement.

Master 7 and the TH-900 are incoming...  Still working on the TH-900 though..  The Master 7 is ordered.
