Well apparently my 5.0 should ship Thursday. Since I am in China, I suppose I should get them between Friday and Monday :)

Having to get mad to get some news of your items when you spent more than 600$ is absolutly unacceptable.
If you have spent $600, this means that you got in touch with either myself, the Wizard, or a member of our service team to process your order manually. This also means that you did not want to wait for more information regarding the product nor did you want to wait for it to be officially released on our website. When you pre-order a product such as the 5.0 from us, you are doing so because you recognize that we ship on a first come, first served, basis and you are trying to be proactive. If you want more information regarding your order, contact one of us via PM, email, phone, fax, or carrier pigeon, and we will give you an update. If you know anything about us you know that we work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and while we do our best to monitor a plethora of forums on which people pose questions about the status of things, we are not 100% effective at responding to such requests and often times we choose not respond to such requests as the forums are not a basis to discuss such things. We have made no assurances regarding the release date of the 5.0 and we will continue to avoid making such statements until we are ready to handle what we project demand to be. Production of the 5.0 is currently underway and is going rather swimmingly, so I ask you to please post your gloomy comments elsewhere.
I just got mad because I have a bad temper...they did not deserve it. We all know it is impossible for a brand to give precise delays, like for exemple: you iem is 75% done or so...so the smiley at the end

I hope this is not directed at me as I was putting it on account of my bad temper and ended with a smiley, so obviously not criticizing...service has been good so far so I have no reason to.
Hmmm a whopping 5 post history....

I ordered my 5.0 as an early pre-order (this was before they were announced and mine are marked as #0002), and I have nothing but great things to say about the Heir Audio team, from the moment I started my contacts with them about a possible order, during the order process, manufacturing period, shipping and even after I got my order...

I'm sorry but I feel compelled to chime in...I feel maybe you have gotten the wrong idea about something here....
I have purchased a total (so far) of 4 IEM/CIEM products from Heir as well as a couple orders for miscellaneous stuff (cables, extra tips) and their service has always been nothing short of excellent in every regard. I don't feel the need to go into detail exactly why, but great service is a very important thing to me (especially when dealing with custom-made items) I am a very satisfied customer, and will continue to be.
So be patient..you have pre-ordered a product, waiting is part of that. It just pains me to hear a misguided complaint when everything about their service is top-notch. Thanks for listening
