I was really interested in your response to that question. Could answer it on the forum and not with PM? I have three of Heir's monitors, including the flagship.
I sure hope Heir doesn't sink after Wizard's leaving but it sure looks like it. Sorry to say this, really. But the "feel" that was associated with Heir, at least that I associated with Heir, I feel is gone. It seems is just all about the money now...
Just a happy user's 2 cents.
Hi Black, appreciate your comments. Like before if one has questions concerning him or her, we tend to address them individually in each case to avoid further confusion ( it seems we didn't do well here though) As to your comments about Heir is all about they money, I think that is not the case at all. Regardless what happened or happening, Heir Audio is still one of few companies that takes extra efforts to take care of our clients by answering each email coming from four corners of the world at all odd times. We deal with each case like a special with great attention, although sometimes this may not serve well, but the intention is to connect with our clients. We have done lots of special things to meet the individual needs of our clients. All those add cost to Heir Audio. That is why we added $20 more to OTS. Recently, at repeated requests, Heir Audio has added reshelling or remolding services from both our brands and other brands, that is why there are new prices to new services. Finally, although there are still lots of rumors about Heir Audio and actions that are considered not professional, Heir Audio sticks to the professionalism as we have always, not to engage in any public talk about the things before the final results come out. In the end, we want you and other Heir users to be as happy as before. We always appreciate and take your comments.
