Maybe FiiO is not using a CDN. However, accessing the site from Canada (which is really far from China), it's not really as slow as you are complaining about. Moreover, hosting images is not a substantial issue in terms of cost. I hope you know what a CDN is.

Dude, what's your problem?

1) Of course they are not. Did I say that they were? I would imagine that they are using some kind of web design consulting or marketing company. It probably would not make sense for FiiO to do it in house. And even they are by chance doing it in house, then they need to get their designer trained.
2) Of course it's not. Didn't I say "fundamental principle"???? Nevertheless, good content is the main priority for SEO. If you are new to understanding SEO, this resource may help you: http://moz.com/beginners-guide-to-seo

Meanwhile, the site has OK load times this week, but it's hardly fast. And in the past, it has been a good bit slower. Regardless, the page design is poorly optimized for fast load times. In addition to making all the text into images, for example, the extensive inline styles and use of tables for the little content there is, the specification text is that is hidden from the viewer.

Just found a bug of the latest firmware: It doesn't recognize 24/44.1 FLAC and when you try to update the library, the player will just lock up hard. Without those files it's OK.

44,1/16 FLAC and 192/24 FLAC with FW 1.2EN both work fine for me

do remember good UI need good screen.

Hi James

Not to sound pushy, but can you let me know the target date of E19? Where does it sit in thr future roadmap?

Another thing: the X3 is not recognized by my Macbook Pro running Mountain Lion. Used to show up as two USB drives but now it doesn't. Charging works though.

Pretty sure the USB ports are OK since they work with my iPhone and other devices.

Yes 24 bit flacs work for me too. No problem with detecting my laptop using Win 7 either. What OS are you using?

My laptop is a Macbook Pro running Mountain Lion.

What error are you getting when you try to move it on?

Nope there's no error. It just doesn't show up in Finder.

So you have the FLAC file on your computer. And you drag it to the TF card or internal memory, and it just disappears?

Please try another computer. or do a hard reset of the X3 (top of the X3) and try again.

It's been working for us with no problems.

Can we please focus on discussion of the X3, troubleshooting problems, Q and A's, FAQ's and what not about the unit ?

If a user wishes to let a company know of their opinion for improvements, criticism, or any other inquires. They should contact that company directly through email or another private communication.

I believe you have all made great points, but that it may be for the best to just contact FiiO's staff about ones thoughts on how to improve the site directly.

We are all friends here on Head-Fi to talk about a product. So let's be friendly and try to post accordingly to each respective pathway.

This will be my only post of this sort. I try not to join into stuff like this. I hope you all understand. Thank you very much
