Looking very good, thank you Fiio.

Let's hope battery life will be 15+ hours, there is a huge 3000 Mha battery inside.

Wonderful.

oooooh, album art , that is a very nice improvement from other low-mid end audiophile players

Wow, great output power and output impedance....this player is going to be awesome.....no external amp will be necessary for most users.

cant wait to see how it turns out SQ wise.

It's mine even if it's bad SQ wise, as the coax out will go to my bedside DAC at home, feeding an amp, or, a portable AMP/DAC combo, which the latter will be what I will purchase first. biggrin.gif

This makes me a very happy camper :D
I hope this thing will save me from buying an amp for my SM64....

Attractive looking player, very attractive features and specs, very attractive price.

As a dissatisfied Hisoundaudio Nova N3 owner, I am very tempted...

So, to all the staff and engineers at Fiio, please produce a great X3!

If this does 15+ hrs on mp3/LAME V~0 I'm a definite candidate for purchase. JamesFiiO, great job!!! beerchug.gif

I'm keeping close eye on this, too. I've got a very particular set of requirements, not met by any other DAP I've seen yet. X3 looks to fit all my needs.

Hi JamesFiiO,

I may be going to taiwan on april, would there be any release over there?

Cheers

Interesting, they used ES5 for their testing on the X3, that means my ES5 will probably match with the X3 beerchug.gif

We got few ES5 from Westone included one for mine, very high quality sound.  Westone is our business partner, sometimes we just exchange samples for test. lol.
